During the pre-study phase of a development the project schedule is defined. The
schedule will break down the project into tasks and milestones. The milestones usually
mark a point in the project were a major decision needs to be made. The decision
may be approval to move into the next phase of a development or to change in resource
level or to commit to a financial outlay. During the development RiverBeck maintains
regular contact with the client and provides regular project update. We also encourage
our clients to attend design reviews.
