Some of the projects our engineers have worked on recently are
1.9/2.5GHz DECT Transceiver This highly advanced DECT transceiver includes all the active analogue and RF circuitry for a DECT phone including a +27dBm power amplifier. Other design highlights included an integrated channel filter, an 8 bit pipeline ADC, digital modem, and a fully integrated VCO. It was implemented in 0.35um BiCMOS.
Bluetooth Transceiver This 0.25um CMOS transceiver comprises of a low-IF receiver and a direct-IQ upconversion transmitter. Channel filtering is fully integrated using self-tuning GmC polyphase structures. The design includes a 7 bit current-steering gain programmable DAC and a fully integrated VCO.
900/1900MHz GSM Transceiver This dual band GSM transceiver consists of a high performance receiver frontend with superb image-suppression and an offset-PLL transmitter. Both VCOs are also integrated in this bipolar design.
Linear Globalstar CDMA Transmitter This 1.6GHz direct upconversion IQ modulator was designed to meet stringent linearity requirements with an output power of 9dBm. It was implemented in a 0.6um bipolar process.
Full-rate ADSL CO Line Driver +20dBm class AB low distortion output with 10MHz bandwidth. This IC also integrated an adjustable active line termination.
Quad-channel 125Mb/s Opto Receiver Each channel consisted of a noise shaping self-compensating GmC LPF and a low current, low noise transimpedance amplifier frontend.
GSM/EDGE ADC This 4th order differential delta-sigma modulator has 14 effective bits and a bandwidth of 135kHz.
